Authorisation roles

You add authorisation roles and maintain them. You cannot maintain the roles that are automatically included in Profit.

Note:

You can only add authorisation roles for InSite.

Description

You assign authorisation roles to persons, contacts or user groups.

In InSite you can authorise by a section of a page for example. This means that specific employees can edit fields in the page properties while other employees can only view this data. You configure this using the tab authorisation in Functionality.
