Configure a profile with a linked document

You use a profile to quickly add data in InSite, for example, data for a new employee. If you add data using a profile, you can also generate a document in InSite, for example, an employment contract, non-disclosure agreement, etc. The generated document is then placed in the employee's dossier.

Example:

You use a profile to report the start of the employment of an employee. After reporting the employment start, Profit must automatically generate a welcome letter and an employment contract.

You link the documents to the profile for reporting the start of employment of an employee and you add a task in the workflow after the approval action.

After the approval of the employment start of the employee, you can generate the documents in the workflow in InSite and use the available actions to issue them to the employee:
