Maintain a specific team role page in InSite/OutSite
You can customise the specific team role page to suit your preferences and maintain it in InSite and/or OutSite if you have this team role in a (test) project. You open this page from Site management by opening the (test) project in which you have this team role.
You recognise a team role page in InSite and OutSite by the role description between brackets after the project.
After publication, each team member with this team role will see this specific page when he/she opens a project in InSite and/or OutSite.
To maintain a specific team role page in InSite:
In this example, after publication, each team member with the Consultant role will see this specific page when they open a project in InSite.

- Click on: Projects.
InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.
- Click on Pages maintained.
- Set the filter to Project in the Page type column if you want to search quicker.
In the description name for the project pages, you see that the team role is between brackets (), for example Project (Projectgroepmanager) and Project (Interne projectleider).
- Select the specific page for the team role, for example Project (Consultant).
You use this to open the specific team role page. On the team role page, you see the team role that is linked to you; after Project the role description follows between brackets, for example (Consultant):
- Check that this is the correct team role.
- You can personalize and maintain this page by going to Site management. For more information, please refer to the description in Site management.
Note:
