Address overview including history in InSite
In the CRM cockpit, you can add an overview of the addresses and history of organisations/persons. You add a separate overview for addresses of contact persons.
To add an address overview as a page part:
In this example we add the Adressen overview in the properties of the organisation. You can also add this overview for persons and contact persons.
- Log on and start Site management.
- Click on: Relations.
- Click on: Organisations.
- Open the properties of the organisation..
- Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
- Click on: Layout in the Display frame.
- Click on: New.
- Click on: Onderdeel uit bestaande pagina.
- Enter the title, such as Address overview.
- Select the page type Address.
- Select the page Adressen (organisatie/persoon).
- Select the component. Overview.
- Click on: Create.
- Drag the overview to the correct place.
- Click on: Publish.
- Click on Yes in the message.
