View an organisation in InSite

You can view the details in the properties of the organisation. For instance, you can retrieve the communication details, check the bank account number or view the logo.

From the properties window, you can submit a dossier item for the organisation.

Under the Go directly to button, you can open the links for the organisation. Possible links are:

To view an organisation:

  1. Open the site.
  2. Log on with the user name and password.
  3. Click on: OK.
  4. Click on: Relations.
  5. Click on: Organisations.
  6. Open the properties of the organisation..

    You can check the data here.

  7. Click on the tabs to view the specific data including the card, contacts, dossier items and correspondence.
