Add custom fields and tabs to the master card in InSite
You can add custom fields and tabs to the master card in InSite.
To add custom fields:
- Add custom fields.
To link custom tabs to functionality:
- Go to: General / Management / Management tool.
- Open Employee.
- Click on Yes in the message.
- Select the Employee file.
- Go to the tab: Tabs: Employee cockpit (ESS).
- Click on: New.
- Enter the description.
- Select the fields.
- Click on: OK.
- Close the Management tool.
- Click on: No in the message.
- Open the Profielen In-& OutSite file.
Here you specify that the employee can change the custom field in InSite.
- Click on Yes in the message.
- Select the Employee entry file.
- Go to the tab: Tabs.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the description.
- Select the fields.
- Click on: OK.
- Close the Management tool.
- Click on Yes in the message.
To authorise functionality:
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Functionality.
- Open the properties of the Employee Self Service/consult functionality.
- Go to the tab: Page parts.
- Go to: Employee / Employee master card (ESS) / Tabs.
- Select the custom tab.
- Select the Read only check box.
- Click on: OK.
