Configure sites with templates for Applicant Self Service

If you use Applicant Self Service, you also configure pages in your InSite & OutSite sites that are based on the published vacancy document templates. Using these templates, you can configure a portal with vacancies which the applicant can use later to view his own application.

You specify the names of the vacancy documents yourself.

You add these parts in OutSite and also in InSite if you want to allow your own employees to apply for vacancies using Applicant Self Service:

  • Vacature document (Tonen) - Document (InSite & OutSite)
  • Vacature document(Overzicht) - Document (InSite & OutSite)

    Note:

    If you use AFAS Online and do not yet have an OutSite page, you submit a general technical incident with the correct data.
