For recruitment and selection in InSite and OutSite via Applicant Self Service, you configure InSite, OutSite and the application portal.
You can also configure Applicant Self Service for InSite only. You then use the workflows but only for your own employees. By default, the responses are not visible to your own employees in that case.
Next, you add the document template and the correct message templates.
Next, you adjust the Application and the Sollicitant indienst workflows if required.
Finally, you set a custom configuration for employees and applications if you want to use a custom configuration.
You can also use profiles for applications. For instance, a vacancy for a truck driver requires other fields than a vacancy for a Profit teacher.
