Update the selection restriction

You can apply restrictions to ensure, for example, that only logged-on users may see an overview.

if you are using a particular selection for the first time, no user will be able to see the overview until the selections have been updated.

Performing the Update restriction selection action runs through all existing selections and links every contact that meets the selection criteria to the selection. If a contact no longer falls within the selection then it is unlinked.

Update a selection restriction via Profit Windows:

1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Update / Update selections.

To update a selection restriction via the command line:

You use the Command Line utility to perform certain tasks automatically, usually on the basis of a pre-determined schedule. From the command line you can also update the selection restriction.

You can also schedule this option via Profit. In that case you do not have to configure the command line.
