Update a site
When a site manager changes the site, for example by placing a new news item, this information is not immediately visible to the customer. In order to display this information to the customer, you need to perform a number of actions.
Description
When a site manager makes changes, it always takes a while before the changes are visible to the users. By default, the Profit Update service checks every 3 minutes whether any changes have been made to the site.
Furthermore, you need to update the site and update the overviews. You can start these actions manually, but you can also run a batch job every night that includes the command lines for these actions.
