Display a simple overview in InSite

A simple view is a view in columns which you can filter on a single field.

To display an overview:

1. Open the overview: in InSite.

   Note:

   You can only apply a filter if the site manager has allowed this. If not, no filter is available. You cannot save the filter.

2. Click on: the triangle next to the filter field.
3. Select the field on which you want to filter.

   

4. Enter a value.

   

   You search for all data in which the value occurs. For instance, if you search for Amsterdam in the Address field then the result is all addresses in which Amsterdam appears: Amsterdam, Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, Amsterdamseweg, etc.

5. Click on: Search.
