Change the existing workflow
You can adjust an existing workflow.
To change the existing workflow:
- Open Profit.
- Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
- Open the properties of the dossier item type.
- Go to the tab: Workflows.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the description.
- Select based on an existing workflow as Selection.
- Select the workflow on which you want to base the new workflow.
- Click on: Finish.
In the properties of the workflow, you can change the description. In addition, you can add or delete tasks and actions.
At the bottom of the screen, you see the messages you still need to resolve before you can publish the workflow.
- In the toolbar, click the to expand the workflow.
- Click on the task: Review.
On the right-hand side of the window you now see the task properties:
- Click on: after Task intended for.
- Select the group or user for whom the task is intended and move it to the Addressed to frame.
- Click on: OK.
You now see that only one message remains:
- Click on the task: Modify timetable change.
- Click on: after Task intended for.
- Select the group or user for whom the task is intended and move it to the Addressed to frame.
- Click on: OK.
There are no longer any messages!
- Click on: Publish.
- Click on: OK.
