Recalculate the cost price/fixed settlement price from the view
In the assembled items view, the Calculate cost price and Calculate transfer price action buttons are available. You can select assembled items using multiselect (Ctrl+S). When you start one or both of these actions, the cost price and/or the settlement price is redetermined for all the selected assembled items.
To calculate the cost price:
- Set the calculation method, if you have not already done so.
- Go to: Order Management / Item / Assembled item.
- Click on the action: Calculate cost price.
Using this action, the cost price of the selected assembled items is calculated based on the cost prices of the parts. With this, the settings are used to determine if the assembled items within the assembled items should also be recalculated.
Note:
For Bakeries, assembled items within assembled items are never taken into account.
After the action has been performed, the number of assembled items that have been changed is displayed.
You can also start this action from the command line so that it can be scheduled to run at a specific time.
