View a serial article

In the properties of a series article you can view data such as the stock balance and the entries.

You can view the properties of a serial article in the general article view or specifically in the serial article overview. In the standard article properties, you see the entries and stock per purchase order number, goods receipt number, packing slip number, etc. In the serial article properties you see the entries per example, thus per serial number. Incidentally, you can also add the serial number to the views for the standard article properties.

To view a serial article:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Item / Overview / Serial article.
  2. Open the properties of the serial article.
  3. Go to the tab: Serial numbers. Here you see all the available serial numbers for this article. This tab is only available via the Serial article menu item.
  4. If required, open the properties of the serial number.
  5. Go to the tab: Entries.
  6. Go to the tab: Stock overview.

    Here you see the current stock level.

  7. Click on: OK.
