Master data in more Profit modules

Profit Logistics has Item types, such as Article, Text, etc. Other Profit modules also use these items, such as Profit Subscriptions, Profit CRM and Profit Projects.

To view an article in Profit Projects:

1. Go to: Start menu / Projects / Item.

   

   You see that the Item types that you know fromProfit Order management are also used in Profit Projecten.

2. Click on the Article menu option.
3. Open the properties of the article..

   You see that the data is identical to what you are used to in Profit Order management.

4. Click on: OK.

To view an article in Profit Subscriptions:

1. Go to: Start menu / Subscriptions / Subscription.

   

   You see that Profit Subscriptions does not have nearly as many Item types.

2. Click on the Article menu option.
3. Open the properties of the article..

   Here also you see the same tabs, etc.

4. Click on: OK.

To view an article group in CRM:

The course administration also uses components from Profit Order management. View the article groups in Profit CRM.

1. Go to: Start menu /CRM / Course management / Configuration.

   

2. Click on: Article group.

   Here you see the same article groups as in Profit Order management, Profit Projecten and Profit Subscriptions.

3. Close the view.
