Contact persons overview
A logged-on user can retrieve an overview of the contact persons via the organisation details. This overview shows the role of the contact persons (whether the person is an Employee and/or Administrator).
To display the contact persons overview:
- Open the site.
- Log on with the username and password.
- Click on: My organisation.
- Click on: Personal data.
The menu can be configured differently for you.
- Click on: Contact persons.
You now see an overview of all contact persons.
A logged-on portal administrator can use this overview to revoke rights from contact persons and to delete contact persons. He/she can also create a new contact person.
