Log on as the contact person of an organisation

One example of a contact person of an organisation would be a sales manager. This contact person is allowed to see the sales data for the customers for which he is responsible. In Profit CRM, you give the contact person the correct rights. A person is a contact person if he is linked to an organisation.

If a person is a contact person for different organisations, you can switch between these organisations.

  • Click on the arrow after the name of the logged on contact person and then on Select organisation.

The contact person can have different rights for the different organisations. For example, he can be an ordinary contact person for one organisation and a portal administrator for another.

A contact person can change his/her own data in Personal details; Profit CRM processes any changes immediately.
