Confirmation of course registration
When a participant has registered, he can automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. This happens only if you have linked a message template.
Note:
The e-mail can only be sent if an e-mail address has been entered for the contact.
Profit automatically puts all course registration confirmations in the participant's dossier.
To check the course registration confirmation:
- Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
- Open the properties of the contact person..
- Go to the tab: Dossier.
Here you see the confirmation of the course.
- Click on: OK.
