Add a salary table
You add a salary table to the properties of a CLA.
Note:
You can add a salary table using the consult code. You can request the consult code from your consultant.
Adding a salary table:
- Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
- Open the CLA properties.
- Go to the tab: Salary table.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the description.
- The Table type field displays the salary table type. If you add a new salary table, you must always use the Custom salary table type.
- Enter the number of decimal places that you want to apply to the result of the salary table in Decimals result.
Profit suggests two decimal places as the default. You can change this number if desired.
- Click on: Next.
- Enter the description.
- Select the field type in Data type 1. You can choose from:
- Numerical: you can only enter a numerical value in the first field of the salary table.
- Yes/No: you can only enter the value Yes or No in the first field of the salary table.
- Codetabel waarde: you can only select a value from a table for the first field of the salary table.
- Enter the number of decimal places that you want to use for the numerical value in the salary table in Decimals 1. This field is only available for entry if in Data type 1 you select the value Numerical.
- Select a table from which you can enter the value into the Code table salary table . You can only select a table in this field if in Data type 1 you select the value Code table.
- Select the Graduated 1 check box. This field is only available if under Data type 1 you select the value Numerical.
- Select the Limits are included 1 check box. This field is only available if under Data type 1 you select the value Numerical.
- Click on: Next.
- Enter the description.
- Select the field type in Data type 2. You can choose from:
- Numerical: you can only enter a numerical value in the first field of the salary table.
- Yes/No: you can only enter the value Yes or No in the first field of the salary table.
- Codetabel waarde: you can only select a value from a table for the first field of the salary table.
- Enter the number of decimal places that you want to use for the numerical value in the salary table in Decimals 2. This field is only available for entry if in Data type 2 you select the value Numerical.
- Select a table from which you can enter the value into the Code table salary table . You can only select a table in this field if in Data type 2 you select the value Code table.
- Select the Graduated 2 check box. This field is only available if in Data type 2 you select the value Numerical.
- Select the Limits are included 2 check box. This field is only available if in Data type 2 you select the value Numerical.
- Click on: Finish.
