View a salary table

You can view the salary table in Profit to obtain an understanding of its structure.

A salary table can in some ways be compared to a wage component: parameter values are supplied as input, a search instead of a calculation is performed and the results appear as output.

The value of the salary table is ultimately determined based on dimensions. The dimensions of a salary table can be compared to the parameters of a wage component. The result value is searched based on the incoming values of the dimensions.

To view a salary table:

1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
2. Open the CLA properties.
3. Go to the tab: Salary table.

   Profit shows the salary tables of the CLA.

4. Open the salary table’s properties.
5. Go to: the tabs of the dimensions.

   Profit shows the dimensions used by the salary table.

6. Go to the tab: Periods.

   Profit shows all periods to which lines have been added.

7. Open the period line.
8. Go to the tab: Lines.

   Profit displays the salary table as a matrix. Based on the dimensions, Profit determines the value.

9. Click on: Cancel.
10. Click on: Cancel.
