Configure an employer for education deliveries

For the deliveries to the 'Vervangingsfonds (VF)', 'Participatiefonds (PF)', 'DUO' and 'Risicofonds' you record the Government and Education agency at the employer level. For the deliveries to the 'Vervangingsfonds' and 'Participatiefonds' you record the educational institution at the employer level.

Procedure

• Add a Government and Education agency to an employer

  For a new employer or in the case of a switch to Profit, on the effective date you add the Government and Education agency to the employers for whom the delivery to the 'Vervangingsfonds', 'Participatiefonds', 'DUO' or 'Risicofonds' is applicable. As from this date you can then generate the digital deliveries.

• Add jobs for Education

  For the quarterly and annual 'DUO' delivery and the 'DUO GGL' delivery, you determine for each job whether it is a multi-school job and the job category it belongs to. A multi-school job is a job the employee performs for multiple schools.

• Add an educational institution

  At the employer level, you specify an educational institution for every school, to be used for the deliveries to the 'Vervangingsfonds (VF)', 'Participatiefonds (PF) and 'DUO'.

• Record the merger of educational institutions

  If there has been a merger at the educational institution level (schools), you record the merger in the properties of the educational institution. Profit takes this into account when generating the redundancy and anniversary overview.

• Record the merger of school boards

  If there has been a merger at the management level (employers), you record the merger in the properties of the employer. Profit takes this into account when generating the redundancy and anniversary overview for the Education sector.
