Add the Government and Education agency to an employer

For a new employer or in the case of a switch to Profit, on the effective date you add the Government and Education agency to the employers for whom the delivery to the 'Vervangingsfonds', 'Participatiefonds', 'DUO' or 'Risicofonds' is applicable. As from this date you can then generate the digital deliveries.

Note:

The quarterly 'DUO' delivery is based on a deferred quarterly delivery. Despite the shifted quarterly period, as from the effective date, you add the Government and Education agency to new employers for whom the delivery to the 'DUO' is applicable or if there has been a switch to Profit. In most cases this will be the start date of the new year.

To add an agency to an employer:

1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Employer.
2. Open the employer’s properties.
3. Go to the tab: Agency.
4. Click on: New.
5. Select the Government and Education agency.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Complete the fields.
8. Enter the registration number or contract number that the agency has assigned to you as an employer (also known as the employer ID).
9. Enter the employer's 'BRIN' number and the contact person in Education.

   In the comment files for the premium files and the declaration file, Profit only enters the contact person of the submitting employer. The 'Vervangingsfonds' and 'Participatiefonds' will contact this person if the data in the files are incorrect.

   If the 'BRIN' number changes, as from the date of this change you add a new agency record including the new 'BRIN' number at the employer level.

10. Select the digital education deliveries.
11. Enter the participant number in 'Risicofonds' participant if you want to generate the 'Risicofonds' delivery for this employer.

    This is the number that the ‘risicofonds’ distributes to competent authorities.

12. Click on: Finish.
