Enter a deviating value

In certain wage components you can post a deviating value to the Waarde C parameter. This parameter is not used in the wage component formula. Using the Methode parameter C parameter you specify how Profit includes an entry for the Waarde C parameter in the salary calculation. You have the following options:

  • Entry on C as normal parameter

A wage entry for the 'Waarde C' parameter is only calculated if there is no formula-based calculation.

  • Entry on C overwrites calculated formula result

A wage entry for the 'Waarde C' parameter overwrites the formula calculated for the wage component.

  • Entry on C will be added to calculated formula result

A wage entry for the 'Waarde C' parameter is added to the result of the formula calculated for the wage component.

Because 'Methode parameter C' is improperly configured, the salary processing is unable to include the wage entry of a deviating value.

Example:

You post a deviating value to the 'Overwerk 125%' wage component. Profit does not include the wage entry in the wage processing.

The reason for this is that the 'Methode parameter C' parameter of the 'Overwerk 125%' wage component has the value Entry on C as normal parameter.

If you change the value to Entry on C overwrites calculated formula result, Profit will include the wage entry in the salary processing.

To modify the parameter C method:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
  2. Open the CLA properties.
  3. Open the properties of the CLA.
  4. Go to the tab: Wage component.
  5. Open the properties of the wage component.
  6. Go to the tab: Parameter.

Profit only displays those parameters that have actually been configured.

  7. Open the properties of the 'Methode parameter C' parameter.
  8. Go to the tab: Values.
  9. Click on: New.
  10. Enter the start date, end date and value. Entering an end date is not mandatory.
  11. Click on: Finish.
  12. Click on: OK.
