Configure the AFAS Personal communication profile

For the integration of the salary indicator with AFAS Personal, unblock the communication profile. The integration with AFAS Personal uses the communication service. We recommend that you use the command line for sending via the communication service.

To unblock the communication profile:

1. Go to:General / Communication service / Communication profile.
2. Open the properties of the communication profile AFAS Personal.
3. Deselect the Blocked check box.
4. Click on: OK.

To adjust the display of communication messages:

1. Go to:General / Communication service / Communication message.

   You change the authorisation of the Communication message view or you use a filter in a new view to make sure that employees do not see the APE communication profile. In the properties of this profile, the pay slips are shown as an attachment. By defining the authorisation or applying a filter, you ensure that employees cannot open the pay slips of other employees.
