Add a delivery to the 'Vervangingsfonds'

You can add the delivery to the 'Vervangingsfonds' to Profit. You add a delivery for sending the digital files of the 'Vervangingsfonds'.

While generating the delivery of the file, Profit performs a number of checks. If errors have occurred, resolve them. After resolving the errors you can check the delivery again.

To generate a delivery:

1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Educational delivery.
2. Click on: New.
3. Select the VF and PF premium files delivery type for the desired period.

   You can select a period if the status of the salary processing is Processed provisionally.

   Profit adds a delivery for the 'Vervangingsfonds' and the 'Participatiefonds'.

4. Click on: Next.
5. If applicable, select the Include changes in master data check box.

   Changes to the Institution 'BRIN', Education type and Insurance type fields at the employee level are not automatically corrected in the premium files that have already been delivered. If you applied changes to these fields for the preceding periods, select the Include changes in master data check box. In the month of December, this check box is selected automatically to make sure that all periods are delivered correctly.

6. Click on: Finish.
