Add a 'Risicofonds' delivery

You add a new education delivery to send the files for the 'Risicofonds'.

While generating the delivery of the file, Profit performs a number of checks. If errors have occurred, resolve them. After resolving the errors you can check the delivery again.

To ensure a correct delivery, you approve the salary processing per period. If a period does not have the Approved status, the processing for the employer is not included.

If an employee changes educational institutions within an employment, meaning multiple educational institutions would fall under the employment, add a new employment for this employee. If you do not follow this procedure, Profit will display a blocking message when you try to generate the 'Risicofonds' file.

To generate a delivery:

1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Educational delivery.
2. Click on: New.
3. Select the 'Risicofonds' delivery type of the period or select the Risk fund annual summary at the end of the year.

   You can select a period if the status of the salary processing is Processed provisionally.

4. Click on: Next.

   Profit displays the salary processing for the employers who are included in the delivery.

5. Click on: Finish.
