Configure batch processing (queue)
You can use the Profit Batch Service to perform certain tasks in the background, such as approving the actual costing. You can continue to work in Profit while the Profit Batch Service performs these tasks. You do not have to wait until the task has been completed.

You can run the following actions via the batch processing:
- Approve
- Undo approval
- Report ready
- Cancel reporting
- Create drafts
- Invoice automatically
- Invoice drafts
- Journalise
- Report ready (for instalments)
- Invoice (for instalments)
Procedure
- Activate batch processing (queue)
Before you can use the queue functionality, you must first activate the Batch processing (place processes in queue) functionality.
- Authorise batch processing (queue) menu options
You authorise the menu option for viewing tasks waiting in the queue.
- Authorise batch processing (queue) actions
You authorise the actions which can be run from the queue.
