Create a period table for actual costing per week

You have to create a new periodic table for Actual costing per week.

Profit includes a default check of the week table : If you post hours per week in a specific period, the first day of that week must be on Monday and the week must have 7 days. If that is not the case, the following message appears. ‘The period table does not comply with the default week table. Change the period table’.

To add a period table for Actual costing per week:

1. Go to: General / Configuration / Period settings / Period table.
2. Click on: New.
3. Enter a description for the period table, for example Weektabel projecten.
4. Select Project for Product/module.
5. Select Week for Type of period table.
6. Enter the financial year.

   Note:

   Select option 2 (new extra period) for the week 53 processing field, because you can only enter the actual costing per week per 7 days!

7. Click on: Finish.
