Authorise a project using a forecast

It is easy to convert a scored forecast from Profit CRM into a new project. In this way, you can copy the master data from the forecast over to the project directly. You must authorise this action using forecast authorisation.

To authorise a project using a forecast:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab: Group maintenance.
  3. Select the group to authorise.
  4. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  5. Authorise the action: CRM / Sales automation / Forecast / Actions / Create project.
  6. Authorise the other actions as well, if applicable:

  7. Close the Authorisation tool.
  8. Click on Yes in the message.
