View teams in OutSite

Your contacts can view teams and team members in OutSite using Project Self Service (PSS). You use the Teams menu function to open an overview of the teams. From this overview, you open the page with team details so that you can view the data.

To view teams in OutSite:

1. Open the site.
2. Log on with your user name and password.
3. Click on: OK.
4. Click on: Projects.
5. Click on: Teams.

   InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

   You see an overview of teams with team images. You can add an image of a team in the team properties on the Image tab. You see the default team image if no image has been entered.

6. Click on a line to open the page with the team details.
7. You can view the team data here. Here you also see which projects this team is involved in.
