View and/or modify a blanket order

You can view a blanket order, for example because you want to know what quantities have already been delivered.

First of all, you must have added the relevant fields to your entry layout.

To view and/or modify a blanket order:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Verkoopbasisorder.
2. Open the properties of the blanket order.
3. View the Quantity delivered in the line.

   Here you see the quantity delivered through sales orders linked to this blanket order. Profit increases the quantity after completing the order. So not after completing the packing slip.

4. View the Number of units delivered in the line.

   Here you see the quantity that has been delivered, but calculated as 'Quantity delivered / quantity per unit'. This is particularly important if you did not use the basic unit of the item in the Unit field in the blanket order line.

5. Click on the action: Item properties. With this you can view the associated sales orders.
   1. Go to the tab: Entries.
   2. Click on: OK. to return to the blanket order.
6. Change the quantity and/or price in the line.

   These changes are not processed in the sales order lines that have already been linked, but Profit will include these in new sales order lines.

7. Click on: Finish.
