Enter the return of a serial number article

A debtor may return an article with a serial number. You can then use a packing slip to enter a negative quantity for the serial article.

To add a negative packing slip:

1. Add a packing slip manually.
2. Add a line with an article code.
3. Enter the serial number in the sub-window.
4. Enter -1 as the quantity.
5. Complete the entry.
