Set a goods code for an article

Each article must have a goods code for the 'CBS' declaration.

You can set this manually, but you can also import the goods codes for your articles by selecting Order Management / Management / Import item / Article group.

To set the goods code for an article manually:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Item / Article.
  2. Open the properties of the article.
  3. Go to the tab: Stock/article type.
  4. Complete the fields.
  5. Click on: OK.

Repeat this for all articles.
