Stock entry overview

You can make the manual corrections to the stock more transparent by using the Stock entry overview view.

In this view, you only see stock entries that have been generated using the following functions:

  • Enter stock
  • Write off stock
  • Transfer stock

To display a stock entry overview

  1. Go to: Order Management / Stock / Overview / Stock entries.

The window with stock entries for entering, writing off and transferring stock appears. Entry sort shows you whether it is an entry, write off or transfer (Warehouse write-off and Warehouse entry respectively).

  1. Change stock manually
  2. Enter stock

  5. Enter stock entries using the barcode scanner
  6. Import stock entries
