Description

The AFAS Customer Portal: is all about you as a customer. You have access to information and to various services, such as the Support Centre and the Update Centre (for downloading Builds, Updates and Patches). Your options depend on your role:

  • Employee
    • Change your personal details
    • View and submit incidents
    • Sign up for a course
    • Access to the Profit Update Center

      From the Profit Update Center you can view release notes, and download Builds, Updates and Patches.

  • Administrator
    • Change your personal details
    • Manage contacts (including assigning authorisation roles)
    • Change organisation details
    • View invoices

Users without a role can only change their own details and sign up for a course.

Note:

You are responsible for keeping your organisation details up-to-date in the AFAS Customer Portal:. Your administrator can go to the AFAS Customer Portal: to record a change of address or specify a different contact for digital invoices, among other things.

A few times a year AFAS will send you an e-mail message with a request to check your organisation's contact details.

Procedure

  • Log onto and out of the customer portal

    Use your e-mail address and password to log on to the Customer portal of the AFAS website.

  • Personal details

    In the Customer portal you can view your own contact details and change them if necessary.

  • Customer Portal Administrator

    The administrator is a contact with rights to add new contacts, change the details of existing contacts and specify additional administrators.

  • Contact persons

    The administrator of the AFAS Customer portal can add, edit and delete contacts. The administrator also determines the access rights of contacts.

  • Your Organisation

    An administrator can view and edit the organisation details in the AFAS Customer portal.

  • Consultancy

    AFAS consultants will assist you with an optimal deployment of Profit in your organisation. This goes much further than simply implementing the software as such.

  • Courses and events

    AFAS offers courses to show you the best way to use its products. This includes both 'entry-level' courses and courses for process and application managers.

  • Profit Update Center

    The Profit Update Center ensures you always have the latest Build, Update and Patch.

  • AFAS Support Center

    The AFAS Support Center will assist while you are using Profit. Support may be subject to certain conditions.
