Add a user token manually to your own app connector

You add a token for a user manually.

The user must be a member of the user group that is linked to the app connector.

To assign a token to a user manually:

  1. Go to: General / Management / App connector.
  2. Open the properties of the app connector.
  3. Deselect the Blocked check box.
  4. Go to the tab: User tokens.
  5. Click on: New.
  6. Select the user.
  7. Enter the description. This must be unique.
  8. Click on: Next.
  9. Click on: Copy. Use this action to copy the token to the Clipboard. This is only necessary if you provide the token to the user manually

    Note:

    After completing the wizard, you can no longer view the token using Profit. If the token is unknown, you must delete the old token and add a new one.

  10. Click on: Finish.
