Authorisation reports

You can use reports to check the authorisation set. Always view these reports after installing a new Build or Update.

View the following reports to see the effects of the authorisation configuration:

  1. Go to: General / Output / Report.
  2. Open the report:
    • Groups per user (Profit)

      Overview of all users with the groups to which a user belongs.

    • Users per group (Profit)

      Authorisation groups with the linked users and authorisation groups to which no users are linked.

    • Menu authorisation per user (Profit) / Menu authorisation per user group (Profit)

      Report with all menu items for each user, showing per menu item whether the user has access to it.

    • Action authorisation per user (Profit) / Action authorisation per user group (Profit)

      Report with all actions for each user, showing per action whether the user is allowed to perform the action.

    • Tab authorisation per user (Profit) / Tab authorisation per user group (Profit)

      Report with all tabs for each user, showing the access level per tab.

      In the filter for this report, you can filter the Rights field by 0 (no access), 1 (only view) or 2 (for maintenance purposes).

    • Filter authorisation per user (Profit) / Filter authorisation per user group (Profit)

      Report with all authorisation filters for each user, showing per authorisation filter whether it is active.
