Add, change and delete deviating issue methods (UpdateConnector KnProvApplication)

UpdateConnector to add, change and delete deviating issue methods for each organisation/person.

UpdateConnector name:: KnProvApplication

For the default issue method and the default contact for issuing (General tab), use the 'KnOrganisation' or 'KnPerson' UpdateConnectors.

Note: 

You can retrieve a list of fields to be supplied for each UpdateConnector and generate an XML example. See the description for AFAS Online or for a local installation.
