You enter the end date and time of the absence entry in the 'DaEn' field.
Last day presence
Field: TPEn
The number of hours that the employee still worked on the last day of the case of sickness:
- For an employee with a specified timetable
Profit determines this value automatically based on the start time of the case of absence in combination with the timetable.
- For an employee with a variable work pattern
Enter the duration in minutes.
When importing absence entries, Profit can convert a value in hours to minutes. The UpdateConnector does not make this calculation, which means you must enter the duration in minutes.
