Enter separations between fields in import file

When importing from an ASCII file with fixed lengths you must indicate where the divisions between the fields are.

If in the previous step you have indicated that the file contains field names, the field names are shown in red.

Enter separations between fields in import file:

  1. Click on:
    • Automatic

      Profit automatically determines the separations, for example, based on spaces.

    •  Clear all

      Profit deletes the separations.

  2. Click the position in the view where the separation is to be made. Click a line already imported once again if you want to remove it.
  3. Click on: Next.
