Configure discount vouchers

Discount vouchers are configured in a number of steps.

Description

Before you can use discount vouchers, you need to activate and authorise the functionality. You can also change reports and the entry layout for invoices for this functionality if necessary. No extra configuration is required for OutSite. If a participant registers for a course via your customer portal and there is a discount voucher for that course, Profit automatically displays the field for the code.

Procedure

• Activate vouchers

  If you want to use vouchers with a discount, you first need to activate the Discount voucher functionality. You can no longer disable this functionality.

• Authorise vouchers

  If you want to use discount vouchers, you must first authorise them.

• Change reports for a discount voucher

  Profit comes with several reports that you can change for the Discount voucher function.

• Change entry layout for a discount voucher

  You can add theDiscount voucherVoucher code and Price after discount fields to the entry layout that you use for invoices.
