Block a contact person

You block a contact person so this contact can (temporarily) not be used.

If you block a contact person, the linked person is not blocked.

To block a contact person:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Contact.
  2. Open the properties of the contact person.
  3. Select the Blocked check box.
  4. Click on: OK.

To unblock a contact person:

By default a blocked contact person is not visible in the Contact view. You now first have to click on the red padlock to see the blocked lines. In the properties of a sales contact / contacts, you do not see the blocked contact persons at all.

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Contact.
  2. Open the properties of the contact person.
  3. Deselect the Blocked check box.
  4. Click on: OK.
