View contact persons

There are several ways to view contact persons: via persons, via contact persons and via organisations. When we were talking about organisations you already had a look at the Contacts tab. If you add a contact person, Profit will register this contact as a person. In the properties of the person the organisation is specified.

To view contact persons in the Organisations and persons view:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
  2. Open the view: .
  3. Open the properties of the person.
  4. Go to the tab: Contacts.
  5. Click on: OK.

To view contact persons in the All contacts view:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Contact.
  2. Open the view: All contacts (incl. authorisation).

    You only see persons that are linked as a contact to an organisation.
