Delete a contact person

If you no longer use a contact person and do not want to keep the history, you can delete the contact person.

If a contact person is linked to other components in Profit (e.g. invoices / dossier items / projects), you cannot delete the contact person. However, you can block such a contact person.

If you delete a contact person, the linked person is not deleted.

To delete a contact person:

  1. Go to:CRM / Organisation/person / Contact.
  2. Select the contact person.
  3. Click on: Delete.
  4. Click on: OK.
