Links

For organisations and persons, you register the general data, such as the organisation name and the address. Per specific organisation type, such as Sales contact, you also register specific additional data. The same applies to specific Person types.

An organisation or person can have different types of additional data.

Note: 

If data of multiple types has been entered for one organisation, you can only see what types of additional data have been entered by checking the organisation in CRM. For this, the Links tab is available. This also applies to persons.

To view additional data for an organisation/person from a link:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
  2. Select the organisation or person.
  3. Go to: the Links tab.

    There you see which types of additional data have been entered. For example, 'Pur.con' means that purchase contact/creditor data are available. 'Emr.' means there are employer data, etc.

  4. Click on: the link for the additional data.

    A new window appears displaying the purchase data for this contact. At the top of the properties window, you see the type of the additional data.
