View or change a purchase invoice with a pdf attachment
There are various ways in which you can view and change the entry and the attachment (PDF file) of the purchase invoice.
You can change the attachment if it is not in the completed workflow for purchase invoices. If it is in a workflow, you can change the attachment to the entry by selecting another file and completing the entry. If you want to remove the attachment while it is still in the workflow, you can also do so in CRM via Delete collectively in File. The attachment to the purchase entry is then removed. You can then add the correct attachment to the purchase entry, after which the workflow is started again.
Being able to change an attachment from the purchase invoice entry depends on your settings for Always possible to edit outside of workflow in the Editing dossier item/workflow field for Purchase Invoice.
