Check and edit the reminders

After a run has been generated, you check the debtors and outstanding items that are listed. You can exclude debtors or outstanding items for which you do not want to print reminders. This is only possible if the print for the run has not yet been finalised.

To check and edit the reminders:

  1. Go to: Financial / Debtor / Reminder.
  2. Open the properties of the last run.

    On the General tab, Profit shows the criteria you used to generate the run. These can no longer be modified.

  3. Go to the tab: Debtors.

    Profit only prints a reminder for debtors with a check mark in the Selected column. Deselect the debtors you do not want to print.

    You can use the Print reminder letter  action to view or print a reminder for one debtor.

  4. Go to the tab: Invoices.

    Profit only shows the invoices of debtors that have been selected on the Debtors tab.

  5. Deselect the invoices you do not want to remind/print.
  6. Click on: OK.
  7. Always check a preview of the run with the Print preview action. If you finalise the print of a run, you can no longer make any changes.

    You will see the reminder reports. For more than 100 debtors you get a message that no more than 100 pages will be displayed. This is in order to prevent a long waiting time.
