Add a default timetable to a CLA/term of employment

You manage the default timetables of the organisation in the CLA-terms of employment. You link the correct timetable per employee, unless you want to deviate from this timetable. The timetable is used to determine the part-time factor, leave and absence and the occupancy.

Note:

You cannot change or delete a default timetable if it is linked to an employee or a pro forma employee.

To add a default timetable to a CLA/term of employment:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
  2. Open the CLA properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Term of employment.
  4. Open the properties of the term of employment.
  5. Go to the tab: Default timetable.
  6. Click on: New.
  7. Enter the description.
  8. The next steps depend on the type of timetable:
    • Variable work pattern

Select the Variable work pattern check box if there are no fixed working hours. Then enter the number of days and hours per week. The number of hours per week is used to determine the part-time factor of the employee. If possible, also select the check boxes for the days on which work is carried out.

    • Fixed working hours

Do not select the Variable work pattern check box and complete the working hours. After entering the first day Profit provides the opportunity to copy the working hours to the next day.

Below the Education activation, you enter the number of FTEs per working day.

  9. Click on: Finish.
