Change an employee’s (postal) address

You can change an employee's address or record a relocation. The difference in this is:

  • Correct the address: the changed address applies for all organisations and persons.
  • Record the relocation: the changed address applies for all organisations and persons.

If you add an employee, you automatically add a person in Profit. You can view the address history, record a relocation and change addresses in the properties of the person.

To change an employee’s address:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to: Actions (F8)Person.

    You open the person's properties.

  4. Go to the tab: General.

    You can change the address here.

  5. Go to the tab: Person.

    You can change the postal address here.

  6. Go to the tab: Address history.

    You can record a relocation here.
