Change an employee’s (postal) address
You can change an employee's address or record a relocation. The difference in this is:
- Correct the address: the changed address applies for all organisations and persons.
- Record the relocation: the changed address applies for all organisations and persons.
If you add an employee, you automatically add a person in Profit. You can view the address history, record a relocation and change addresses in the properties of the person.
To change an employee’s address:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to: Actions (F8) / Person.
You open the person's properties.
- Go to the tab: General.
You can change the address here.
- Go to the tab: Person.
You can change the postal address here.
- Go to the tab: Address history.
You can record a relocation here.
