Generate a document for an employee

In Profit, you can generate a document for the employee in various places. These are:

  • Default employee view
  • The Dossier tab in the employee properties
  • Start of employment wizard
  • End of employment wizard
  • Absence entry
  • Recovery entry
  • Workflow

Depending on the place, you generate a document that is based on the correct basis. If you add a document layout yourself then bear this in mind. If a document is not based on the correct basis, this does not become apparent when a dossier item is submitted.

Per HR functionality and/or action, the following document layouts are available:

Default employee view and Dossier tab:

Start of employment wizard:

End of employment wizard:

Absence entry:

Workflow

You use a profile to quickly add data in InSite, for example, data for a new employee. If you add data using a profile, you can also generate a document in InSite, for example, an employment contract, non-disclosure agreement, etc. The generated document is then placed in the employee's dossier.
